2020 Vendor Rates

In-Water boat space: $1.90 per square foot (length x beam)

Trailered boat space on land: $175 per boat up to 14’ in length, $200 per boat 15’ and above

Inclusion of boats already in marina: add brokerage boats already in Windmill Harbour Marina to The Boat Show, including listing in the event program and boat show flags for each boat, $50 per boat

10’ x 10’ Tented booth: $375 includes tent, 6’ foot table, & 2 folding chairs

10’ x 20’ Tented booth: $725 includes tent, 6’ foot table, & 2 folding chairs

KEY DATES:

March 27, 2020: Deadline for agreement & 50% deposit to be received 

(please note that you will select your location in the order in which deposit is received)

April 17, 2020: Deadline for final payment to be received

May 13, 2020: In-Water boats arrive

May 15, 2020: Trailered boats and booth vendor set-up

May 17, 2020:  Trailered boats and booth vendors tear-down

May 18, 2020: In-Water boats departure
